Business Development Executive

Job Description:

  • Generating prospects, meeting them and effectively securing the project.
  • Persistence to secure prospects.
  • Ensuring that agreed target business as per the particular KRA is achieved.
  • Developing and executing effective sale strategies for business development.
  • Effective business development activities like tele-calling, lead generation, database building & email marketing.
  • Establish initial contact over phone and convince of the benefits of our services.
  • Should be hands on with social media networking and should be capable to use multiple channels of marketing.

Must Have

  • Exceptional communication skills in both written and spoken English.
  • Good marketing, negotiation, presentation and team management skills.
  • Experience in dealing with international clients/projects.
  • Coordination with the relevant technical teams.
  • Basic technical knowledge and exposure to IT & software services.
  • Manage complete end to end sales process from lead generation to finalization.
  • Proven ability to efficiently multi-task, meet deadlines and achieve targets.
  • Problem solver with excellent attention to detail.
  • Self-Starter with ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to work flexible and have a positive approach to change.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Graduate
  • 2+ years relevant experience in IT & software services
